My big complaint with Rackspace is that their customer portal changes my ascii pedobear into something unrecognizable.

Between @Verisign and @Rackspace not doing their effing jobs, we can't get an SSL certificate renewed on a federal site. Fucking hell.

@rackspace You guys never told us we needed to renew; Verisign sent us a broken email w/o a CA cert and the order num is invalid. #ImBoned

@devongovett Free Akamai CDN on Rackspace is REALLY hard to beat, IMO

@Rackspace, Thanks. I spoke with technical support and there are problems with Exchange 2003 on Cluster 6 - where all our mailboxes are!
