@polkaspots sorry for not replying sooner, busy few days! Yep, brightbox host our rails apps and we moved other stuff from EC2 to rackspace

@rackspace appreciate the response. email sent. failed hardware and they are moving us to a new host as I type this it seems...40 minutes in
