@1and1help I've been a customer since 2003, one of my domain names was stolen and 1and1 isn't fighting to get it back for me! Very bad!

Nightmare with @1and1 who shut off friends company domain email services due to a screwed up domain transfer. Now no email. Awful.

@1and1 new vps account. Broken by tech support. Refuse to fix or reset. Unable to speak to manager New account should work! Terrible service
