Awful treatment from @1and1. Added a package to my account I didn't ask for, I cancelled it, and they're charging me anyway. Disgusting.

Avoid @1and1 like the plague. By far the worst hosting/domain provider I have ever dealt with.

@dotvegasinc @1and1 1and1 has no ETA on fix for completely broken and unreliable gTLD registration process.
