@HGSupport I'm a Hostgator client and my site has been down for 5 days as t their servers went down. Unacceptable. #hostgatordown

.@andyshora @HostGator I cancelled in 2013. Got billed in 2014. Just tried to bill me again. Make sure the account is dead!

@hostgator Your level 1 technicians need more training. Trying to blame server issues on 'being on a block list' is ridiculous.
