I’ve been w hostgator 4 9 yrs at the same rate, (9.95 mo) w unlimited everything and barely any trouble plus they use cPanel @PhillyTheBoss

@TheNextWoods @HostGator Yes, they are dire! I've experienced their servers going down for days with v little communication.

No response to support ticket in 48 hours and this is second time. #Pathetic support from @HostGator. Time to switch #webhosting #fail
