HostGator customer service gets even worse. Wanted to create ticket, feature disabled. Forces 6-10 minute wait to chat or phone.

Product is exceptional but the customer service is terrible. ALWAYS on hold over 1/2hour. Record 80 minutes. 20 & counting now @HostGator
