Wow, @HostGator removed all ways to create a support ticket. Live chat wait time is about an hour. Worst support ever.

@HGSupport Yes, but that was not very helpful. Sorry about it that after being 8-10 with Hostgator, I expect more than what was suggested.

@HostGator I've had to issue $2000 in refunds today, due to my site being down. On hold for yet another 30 minutes. Still no answer.
