. @HostGator has royally screwed a non-profit I work for. Costing them lots of money in damages and by also refusing to cancel their account

NEVER use @HostGator for your hosting needs. Their joke of a service & their non-existent support have cost my company thousands in damages

@HostGator I've been on hold for over an hour and a half. Ridiculous. You should offer call back options when your agents are ready.
