@hostgator Now however, All my sites are down. At least 10 of them. Thier Chat doesnt work neither do phone lines. Must be a DNS problm

@hostgator refuses to give a courtesy credit for the time site has been down...talk about lack of customer svc and we're new customers! OMG!
