@hostgator my bill is coming due and you have Not changed my cc info. i've set 'on hold' in chat 4x over an hour. old act closed, will fail

I was beyond disappointed by the HORRIBLE service I was met with by Hostgator. The extreme decline in service is simply unacceptable.

@jerols Just had to talk to @hostgator because changing the primary email in the billing area failed. Cue ominous sounds.
