@HostGator I can't access the files, it redirects to account with an error. I tried open a ticket but it gives me error as well. Please help

@hjmoore420 @HGSupport It's very frustrating, and it's always a Hostgator issue, where its their servers going down.

@HostGator your chat and ticket response time is terrible! over a 4 day wait from a ticket to be answered and 30 mins wait for chat #cumon
