#HostGator is the worst web hosting company I've ever seen. I have unresolved tickets for about 6 days now. No one reply to my questions.

@Mixergy FYI @HostGator Customer support has sucked for me, bought cloud plan, need to update the domain, call+$5 fee+3 days = not updated
