Our website is down for almost 6 hours now and we're still trying to find out what's going on with @HostGator.

After 10 days & 2+hour phone call today. @Hostgator @HGSupport can't give me a single point of contact, nor say when problem will be fixed.

Just went thru cancelling a web hosting package @HostGator - for a client/friend. Really frustrating. Should be as easy as buying them.

IMPORTANT: Friends DO NOT. EVER. Use @HostGator for anything. Site always down and no support from @HGSupport. Just Terrible. Please share!
