@HostGator the first step is making sure your hosting company responds to their support. Worst support I have ever seen.

I am terribly disappointed in @hostgator support. It's as if since their merger no one is home anymore. So sad.

@HostGator My website has been down over a day Called 3 times & not gotten through to anyone No one has responded Not good customer service.
