Been on the phone with @hostgator for 50 minutes now - 90% of it on hold. Still no email. Still no web site. Database connection error.

@HostGator You have the worst support ... Almost 2 days, hours of chat and unable to solve a simple remote connection access (zapier) SO BAD

@irvingooi the support at @HostGator is some of the worst. I can't recommend unless you have 5 hours to wait on hold or 5 days for a reply

@denvereric I have heard horror stories about HostGator... otherwise I'd totally use your link!
