@HGSupport @HostGator In Brazil, the company of you has the worst service. Bunch of stupid people. Not recommend the service.

@HostGator 3+ hours (quickly) and you never made it know on support channels. Gosh i must be mistaken... or not!

@donnaalberico @HostGator @HGSupport 1hr 20min later and finally got through. Problem was their SSL certificates - they just resolved

Just had a terrible customer service experience with @HostGator. They can't even estimate when a ticket will be looked at.
