WORST customer service from @HostGator EVER. They couldn't find their ass with a map! And this is with a 'manager's' help.

@hostgator I pay way too much money for a dedicated server to have my site down. Literally losing hundreds of dollars as we speak :(

hostgator really pulled through with this one. within 2 hours of the nameserver change and three minor backup problems, we were back

@HostGator @hgsupport you have some serious problems if a simple 6 page WP website can't operate properly without Db issues. #FixYourStuff
