wow @hostgator is so much faster than my old hosting company. Glad I made the switch. Best thing next to dedicated in house servers.

wow. my "estimated wait time" for live chat at @HostGator is 30 min, and that hasn't changed in 15 minutes. this is not ok hostgator.. #fail
