@thewaterox I've used Dreamhost before & like them, but they don't allow you to make FTP users for specific directories, which I like to do.

@BearsandBullets I've got domains with Dreamhost and 1&1, happy with both. If you want totally managed, look at Wordpress and SquareSpace.
