@laurieinseattle Doh. I was gonna recommend DreamHost. I've had them for 9 years, been very happy. (and they give referral bonuses LOL)

@katiemethe @DreamHost re: 24/7 support - even places with good support, typically the night crew knows little beyond how to pick up a phone
