@neilscudder if you're having that same problem with DigitalOcean it's because you've hit their limit on teams that you're allowed to join.

@schneems @mperham @digitalocean What tipped PagerDuty over was when AWS had problems on the same instance size across all zones :-(

The CDN *should* fix the errors that were caused by DigitalOcean.
