FYI if you want to host a website @site5 has amazing customer support. Always responds to tickets with 30 minutes.

@compoundchem your host should do backups. I was with @site5 for years and they do extensive backups. Great support too

@site5 the company got sold and everything changed. They have the worse technical support. DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
