I personally stopped using site5 a long time ago. But one of my clients still uses them and OMG this is so painful.

@jamescoelho21 @site5 I'd suggest ringing them if you're in the states. Their phone support seems to be more reliable to a degree

@site5 All my web sites are down & no way to submit a ticket. Plus waiting in chat for over 40 minutes is really unacceptable
