@site5 used to be awesome. They've dropped phone support. Chat support is now nothing but canned responses. New site unusable for 4 days. :(

@site5 - takes 30 minutes to update mod-sec. What a joke. Site5 used to be a great company. not so much anymore. @ModSecurity
