@haciyev Earlier this year Site5 were taken over by a large company (EIG), and in August they made Site5's excellent support team redundant.

@bryg ahh yes. I did recently switch it from site5 to Squarespace. Didn’t think that would affect it. Guess it did.

@HGSupport Seriously, mgt should consider giving at least 24 hours notice b4 taking sites down. Site5 does.
