@TheNextMartha I've been using shared hosting at Site5. Outside of "viral" time I was getting ~20-50 visits a day, didn't want to pay a lot.

@haciyev Earlier this year Site5 were taken over by a large company (EIG), and in August they made Site5's excellent support team redundant.

@site5 Seriously frustrated w/your service. I've had an open ticket, back & forth w/ "support" team & ZERO answers for no email since Friday

@site5 worst customer support ever. Dedicated VPS down since more than 24 hours and nobody do nothing. Unacceptable.

Super disappointed @site5 lately. Have been with them for yrs, but I think it's time to switch. Huge decline in quality of customer service.
