@site5 after migration to new control panel, many things broken, billing totally wrong, obstructive answers on tickets & chat.

Avoid @site5 like the plague. Bad customer service. #hosting I've tried to cancel my service for a month. Just got charged for next month.

@site5 horrible service guys you have let my sites stay down all day and ignored me totally. You chat to us window takes hours to work.
