@site5 It got taken care of via phone support. I must say, your live chat is rather bad, Spent 40-50mins live chat, was solve in 8 via call.

Site is down bc of @site5 upgrade. Support tells me to log into my website admin and update password. Cant. MY SITE IS DOWN. 24hrs NO reply.

We need a status update on support ticket VZQ-804-86381. The website is currently down. @site5
