@site5 live chat resolved some issues but overall disappointed in your service, downtime and response times. Not what you used to be.

It looks like @site5 has removed PayPal as a payment option, which is a major problem for me because I can't get a CC here.

@site5 email down. Zero support. Second time in two weeks two different hosting packages and still waiting on support . Pathetic.

@site5 @shannonpalme If you go to their horrible WHM interface where you can see the list of domains, there's an icon for siteadmin on each.
