@site5supersam @site5 Almost 24 hours and still no response from support. This is not good and I'll start looking for new host.

@site5 Another 2 days and no replies except to turn on SpamAssassin (which I've never had to do in all my years of service). Pretty pathetic

So @site5 it's nearly a week since our site went down. We paid for remote backups, meaning server fail shouldn't affect us for long.

Really hating everything that changed at @site5 since they got acquired... Backstage and service is a terrible experience now. ^AB
