@EnduranceIntl you own site5 and got "transitioned" support to you. Our clients sites have been down for over 6 hours now!

@site5 all my reseller sites are down. I submitted ticket 2hrs ago. no response! this has happened multiple times over last few months.

@an3ssen @site5 yup same here. How am I going to explain to my clients that the server was down for more than an hour. Not happy!
