@site5 switches to a new ticketing system for support. Doesn't migrate open tickets. #customerservice #fail

@site5 Or maybe a drive failed and they restored from a recent backup, kept quiet, and hoped we wouldn't notice.

This only a couple weeks after our site was down for three days with no explanation, until many users put @site5 on blast on Twitter.

Site5 is getting worse and after 13 years we need to move on. Its services are poor and response time has increased with no contact
