Pretty disappointed with how @Site5 is handling Vancouver server outages. DDoS yesterday, then they remove the hardware protections 1/2

@amarjitkapur @HGSupport this is the worst outage in nearly 7 years with HG. Considering a non-EIG host such as @site5

That sucks - on hold for 20 minutes to @site5 support and got disconnected without even talking to an agent. :(
