@site5 i'm so disappointed...5 hours down since 1 week for my website...losing business, have 4 websites at site 5, will find another host..

The host (@site5) can only upgrade to a new VPS between 8am - 2pm. It will result in 30 mins of downtown. How convenient.

@site5supersam Lack of communication is big issue w site5. During the outage there was no way to speak w live person. My clients = furious
