@site5 I would LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT HOW OUR SITES HAVE BEEN DOWN FOR 8 HOURS TWICE IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS

site still down. DNS updated hours ago, after i had to contact @site5 support to make changes i was not allowed to & clarify what i could.
