site5 has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely horrible.

My @site5 mailserver is still blacklisted again, since Thursday. What with the other repeated blacklisting and the outage, I'm not happy.

@marktaber The worst part was that there was no warning about my usage. @site5 just took the site down.
