@site5 I just received an invoice for 2 years of hosting back in 2009 - 2011 stating you would charge my card. This better be a mistake.

All @site5 will tell me is that "someone made a copyright complaint" -- they won't tell me anything about the complaint. Clearly bogus.

@site5 why must it take 2 days to change the domain for one of my clients. I'm a reseller and I used to be able to do it myself. Ridiculous!
