Annoyed that @site5 only lets you have 1 CC on file. Just renewed a domain w/ wrong CC - it doesn't remem which you purchased the domain w/

Site5 is simply overwhelmed. EIG puts its own employees in the cross-hairs of vitriolic public scrutiny by under-staffing and poor training.

@site5supersam Just perusing tweets/replies @site5. I suspect a lot of trouble could be avoided through timely communication from support.

@ryancduff @caseyferrier I wouldn't recommend Site5. Lots of downtime and very slow to respond to problems.
