@site5 Please respond to ticket XNI-906-30230 as soon as possible, this is ridiculous and unlike the Site5 I've seen in the past.

@site5 Been waiting for DAYS to get a simple problem resolved. I've been with Site5 since 2006 and have never seen such unresponsiveness.

disappointed in @site5 and @site5support. Live chat agents that can't help and "senior support" doesn't answer. Feed full of @ apologies.

@site5 Support has massively deteriorated. No reply to my complaint since Friday. Requested escalation to management ignored. PRE-474-86575.
