@site5 pretty livid at your chat-only support switch. I need a real human on the phone to resolve a MAJOR DNS problem that hasn't been fixed

@site5support @site5 the sites have been down for 5 hours. 5 hours. all you have done so far is ask a silly question. get the dns fixed.
