@site5 switches to a new ticketing system for support. Doesn't migrate open tickets. #customerservice #fail

@Punk_Bunny_87 @ONCEpodcast I'm still getting Site5 site for the main page URL & 404 error if I try the forums URL. Both Firefox & Chrome.

You'd think 'site down' would be urgent to a #hosting company @site5 apparently doesn't think so. Not only that, I can't get my files back.
