Do NOT use @site5 web hosting for any reason. Still haven't resolved issues from over a month ago. TERRIBLE service. #badwebhosting

@site5 literally the worst customer support of any web host EVER. Worst than Comcast, and that says a lot because Comcast sucks ass.

@site5support you could assist by making phone support avail. Short of that, I'm not wasting anymore time with @site5. Chat is ineffective.

@site5 Yeah, tried escalation, doesn't help if there is zero eta or response. 11 sites being affected, seriously the worst support ever.
