@site5 I have had 2 separate people tell me they have escalated my ticket. Over 2 weeks and no response on my ticket. VERY POOR SERVICE!!

The @site5 on-boarding process makes me regret recommending them. Passwords sent via email in cleartext, confusing admin panels… Not good.

@site5supersam s1-dallas load hasn't improved at all! 2 months ongoing crap. Expected better level of service from Site5. Frustrating!
