@site5 I'm getting no where with support over 7 hours of back and forth trying to solve an issue i have error logs for and have recreated

@site5 My site is down *again.* I've put in support tickets for my site being down 9, 6, 2, and one month(s) ago. It's ridiculous.

@site5 After the tweet it took 7' to have the problem fixed. I answered Abuse asking for info and it's been 3 DAYS without news. Shameful.
