@ShariV not down, simply trying to get a DNS issue answered. Agreed, one must tweet #Site5 for any customer support. Sad.

@site5 - 2hrs. ago told account down for not paying.3 mnths ago told hosting would be free for poor service. Just chaged w/no authorization.
