#site5 is the worst hosting provider ever. A rogue firewall rule blocked ALL sites and emails for hours. What a fucking JOKE.

@site5supersam @site5 Every single one of our sites are down. Was on phone support for more than an hour. This has to be resolved ASAP

@site5 is deciding whether to give me a prorated refund on my hosting. I hope they do the right thing, after the terrible customer service.
