@site5support May be too late to get a 7 day backup that works now b/c it took Site5 so long. VERY FRUSTRATED. Years of work gone.

Just sent a note to clients & partners that we're leaving @site5 after 6 yrs due to lack of support & documentation after "upgrades."

@site5 I'm waiting for you guys to send me a refund for 3 months of "why are all of my site and emails down" time. Let's start with that.

@site5 @grapefrugten I've been chasing site5 for 3 months for a refund. Yet they keep charging me for a service that's broken. Thanks Site5!

Do not use @site5 for web hosting. They pretended to upgrade my website but instead shut down my access. They have been acquired by EIG.
