@dadderley I was the biggest advocate of site5 when they were independent. It's sad to see what happens when EIG takes over a provider.

@robertdall I am a drupal developer. I steered all my clients to site5. Had the same crappy experience as you on all 20 client accounts.

It's been just about 24 hours and @site5 has been incapable of restoring a backup after our site was hacked. #sigh #webhosting #techfail

I can't recommend avoiding @site5 enough. AVOID. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.
