@site5 No ticket, everytime I contact support they tell me exactly what I already know -my server is down- view my log link then we can talk

@site5 I couldn't get to the backstage area in order to submit a ticket. Still can't, and my site is slow/intermittently down.

I literally could be helping angry site5 customer finding new hosting providers all day just via twitter.
